Terms of Service

1. Who can use HOJAYEGA

HOJAYEGA is available only to individuals aged 18 years or above. By creating an account you confirm your date of birth is accurate. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Our role

HOJAYEGA is a technology platform that lets users post requirements and lets other users respond. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not own, inspect, verify or guarantee any product or service offered, and we do not hold or process payments between users.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Do not share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from HOJAYEGA.
• One person or business per account. Impersonation is not allowed.

4. Plans and access

Paid plans grant platform access for 7 days from activation. Plans do not auto-renew. Access ends when the plan expires. Plan features are described on the Plans page and may be improved over time.

5. Content you post

• Post only genuine requirements and genuine responses.
• No illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items or adult content.
• No spam, misleading pricing, scams, or repeated duplicate posts.
• No harassment, hate speech, or sharing of another person's private information.
• You keep ownership of your content and grant us a licence to display it on HOJAYEGA.

6. Suspension

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines, including on the basis of user reports.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOJAYEGA is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users, including non-delivery, quality disputes, or payments made outside the platform. Deal carefully, meet in safe places and verify before you pay.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
