Posting a requirement

• Describe what you actually need, with budget, location area and timeline.
• Use your own photos. Do not upload someone else's images as your own.
• One requirement per post. Do not repost the same need again and again.
• Mark it HO GAYA once it is done, so people stop responding.

Responding to a requirement

• Quote a real price you can honour. No bait pricing.
• Respond only if you can genuinely provide it.
• No mass copy-paste replies across unrelated posts.

Not allowed

• Illegal goods or services, drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen items.
• Adult content, gambling, money lending schemes and multi-level marketing.
• Requests for advance payment before any contact or verification.
• Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or sharing another person's private information.
• Collecting numbers from the platform to sell or spam.

Staying safe

• Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or passwords with anyone. HOJAYEGA staff will never ask for them.
• Meet in public places, in daylight, and take someone along for high-value deals.
• Inspect goods before paying. Avoid full advance payments to strangers.
• Keep conversations inside HOJAYEGA chat so there is a record.

Reporting

Report any post, response or user that breaks these rules. Repeat offenders are suspended. If something needs urgent attention, raise a ticket from the Contact page.
